2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Hemi, no fuse box diagram on the owners manual, and the fuse box only shows numbers. How do I locate the turn signal fuse?

Here are your dash warning lights. The lightning bolt is Electronic Throttle Control, and you can't drive without that. Not sure that your sail and sun is unless it is the Cold Ambient Derate Mode Indicator
You need a local auto electrician. you can't guess stuff like this, it needs a pro grade scan tool computer.

It isn't specified. There is more than one fuse that covers transmission. You would need an auto electrician or a transmission expert to connect a pro grade scan tool computer and diagnose if the switch or solenoid is faulty. A scan tool at this level is bi-directional and can command solenoids to operate and confirm that they do.

Change the bulb for a new one. Or test with a meter. Check grounds points. Check Fuse F10.
