Trunk ajar message comes on randomly but immetiately goes off and i think that is whats causing my alamr to go off on its on
I too had the message center beep randomly but I could never find the culprit due to the brief timing. The alarm sounding off is a different and more annoying problem. All of my research points to the battery being at the end of its life. A weak battery or corroded connection on the ground cable will cause both of your problems. Clean the ground cable where it is screwed to the body too. Do your gauges top out (go to max) at startup? If so your battery is suspect and that can be load tested at most auto stores for free. Never buy a battery with less than 750 CCA.

It is a sticky sensor in the door latch mechanism. Spray it w/ WD-40 and follow up with a dose of silicone spray. Open/close doors several times and it should be ok. If you have a problem with 1 door the other 3 are sure to follow---DO THIS TO ALL 4 DOORS!!!!!!!!!

yes ford has alot of problems with this. the switch for that door is in the latch and you might be able to use a penetrating oil and spray the latch and work it loose or just change the latch for that door.
