Does anyone know how many average size bluestones one coould put into the aluminum tray of a 1992 Rodeo. Or what the caring weight of this tray might be.

weigh a sample of your average bluestones and divide that into 1000kgs (1ton) and by spreading the stones all over the tray that will be the total number that you can carry. So if you average weight is 10 lbs (5 kgs) then you could fit 200 stones on the tray. If you cannot weigh the stones because of size then load the tray until the distance between the axle bump stop and axle has decreased by half . This will be within the load limit . Any more and you can be considered overloaded.

How much is labor to install a 5.9 cummings engine

This question cannot be answered without more information. What vehicle will the engine be installed in? Is there already an engine in the vehicle, which will have to be removed first? Is the engine, to be installed, fully assembled and ready to be installed or will the mounts, brackets, harnesses and other components have to be changed over first? What size engine was originally in the vehicle?

Automobile repair shops in today's market charge an average labor rate of $60 to $80 per hour. A motor install will require several hours of labor. The least I have ever seen is 5.25 hours and the most I have seen is 16 hours. These were both rather extreme cases, one being simple and the other complex. On average, you should figure 8 to 12 hours of labor for most vehicles. If the original engine has been removed, you can expect a little less. If all the hardware from the original engine has been removed and installed onto the new engine, you will save even more time and money. The problem with doing all of this is: if the shop you decide to hire to install your engine does not remove the old engine, they cannot warranty their work. Also, if they are not the one to assemble the new engine, again they usually will not warranty their work. It is not safe business for a shop to install a questionable engine into a questionable vehicle and give a warranty because if you supplied them with a bad engine, they will be liable for another engine pull and install, which will cost them time and money.

Need to find out where the battery is located on a 2008 528i BMW. How to install the battery?

Most likely you will find it under a plastic tray on the right side of the trunk.
On a 2008, you will save yourself a lot of trouble if you keep the car powered while replacing the battery. Use another car or battery and attach jumper cables to the connection point under the hood (in a plastic box with a red "+" on it) and a good metal ground like the lifting lug on top of the engine. That will keep all the computers, sunroof, mirrors, windows, etc. powered so they keep their memories and you don't have to reset anything.
You will probably find that the battery is longer and lower than the average battery in the store, and few vendors sell this exact size. Most of us put different battery sizes (group #) in as replacements because common sizes are cheaper and usually fresher. Just make sure it is low enough to fit below the tray and the terminals are correctly oriented. You may have to use a block of wood or plastic under the battery holder to keep a smaller sized battery firmly held in place.
Though the battery may be physically smaller, be sure it has at least equivalent peak and total amperage capacities. The electronics in these cars don't play nice with cheap undersized batteries.
This car is pretty new to need a battery already. Has it been allowed to go dead several times?

Check your fuel system pressure; should be at least 60 psi (Need engine size to let you know exact psi, but 60 psi is the average)

The acris making a wheezing sound as you drive...almost as though something is grinding or rubbing...the check engine light is on... the oil and transmission fluids are good..the car also hesitates when u...

You need to conect a scanner to the car, because the check engine light is on. then, the scanner give you a code, this code have a description of a trouble from a sensor or actuator in the electronic fuel inyection sistem. you need to check all around from this actuator or sensor before you replace it. example:

code 045: bad signal from oxigen sensor.
check exhaust manifold and piping before sensor to find holes..
you need to check electrical conector( see for phisical damage: broken, born, etc) of this sensor, the incoming voltage from computer, output signal to car´s computer. etc.
this is an example. you need to know what code have your car to fix it.
