How to diagnose timing belt verses cam sensor wont start and sounds funny when turning over

If it sounds like it has no compression I would vote for the timing belt. Code 16 is for the cam and crank sensors being out of sync, and code 340 is no signal from the cam sensor. Which would happen if the cam is not turning.

My 2005 gmc Yukon makes a ticking funny noise when I first crank it in the mornings and it lasts about 3 Sec then return to normal..and a washing machine sound is coming from under the right driver side...

Balncer pulley or the other pulleys take the belt off and start it and see if does the same. The ticking noise you should see where it comes from when you take the belt off

I did all thing i could of to the car oil change spark plugs cables, head gasket sealer, and now after everything if it get to hot n if im driving then stop it stalls, and is making a sound like wen i turn...

Head gasket sealer? Sounds like you have a cracked head or blown head gasket. The ticking is probably from the valvetrain. If you have a cylinder head problem it will continue to run hot.

Ticking noise underneath the car approximately midway.

The sound you hear is the metal parts of your exhaust system and catalytic converter cooling down. Some cars are louder than others but the sound is perfectly normal.

My 93 acura legend wont start. Ticking sound??

That sounds like a dead battery. The ticking sound is the relay (a type of switch) which enables power to the starter motor when you turn the key. If the battery is weak, the relay will click, but there is not enough power to turn the starter motor.
