Sounds a little like a failed transmission

Need more info to weigh in on it

No one is going to know, from home,
on a web site like this

I would not be using the car until some testing was done

Testimonial: "what more info do you need"

SOURCE: my car is jerking and will stall when the air is on

Look at your RPM gauge, before and after, putting on the A/C. Does the RPM drop with the A/C on? May need to adust the idling or check the throttle sensor

The jerking can be your MAFE SENSOR. aRE YOUTELLING ME YOU ARE GOING TOTAKE OFF YOUR AIR INTAK DUCTING AND GO TO A METAL SECTION WJERE THE SENSOR IS LICATE ABD THAT ONCE YOU LOCATE IT YOU ARE GOING TO SPRAY WASH IT THOROUHHLY WITH CRC ELECTRICAL CLEANER SPRAY THAT THEY SELL AT A PARTS STORE. nOW, iF YOU ARE GOING TO DO ALL THAJUST DON'T BRUSHM RUB, OR OTHERWISE TOUCH THE SENSOR. tHE CLEANER WILL DRY QUICKLY SO YOU WON' NEED COMPRESS AIR THAT WOULD DAMAGE IT, tHEY SRE DELICATE, SENSITIVE AND LIKE A WOMAN, VERY EXPENSIVE. gOOD lUCK AND LET NE GLOW IF ALL WOTKS OUT NED

SOURCE: car jerks when you shift gears

If that oil is transmission fluid, you may be low on fluid. That would cause harsh shifts. Make sure your transmission is full.
Is it just reverse and drive that ****? Do second and third shift smooth? If so, you may have a too-high idle.
If idle is good, and your transmission didn't get low on fluid, then I would suggest you drain and refill the transmission, and install a new transmission filter while you have the bottom pan off. Usually, you can buy a filter and pan gasket as a kit.

Sounds like a torque converter issue. I know you probably didn't want to hear that. $$$$. Last time it happened to me cost me 1300.00 to get home.

My 2005 dodge neon jerks when i accelerate from a full stop.

Hello,
There are a few different problem areas in your vehicle that come to mind as I was reading your complaint. I will go over the wire diagram for this neon and see exactly what we could be dealing with. Most importantly, I see your check engine light is coming on. If you can scan it while its on and get the codes I will be able to tell you pretty much exactly what is causing this jerking issue. Hopefully its a simple fix, could be under the hood, mechanical or electrical. Ive seen these pcm's fail in the past also. Advanced auto or autozone typically scans codes for free. Please Advise

When i back up or go forwad i heard a sound from all the ingenie like it is movning?

Hi,
Without seeing, it's hard to come up with a solution, but raise the hood and have someone (or yourself) look at the engine motor mounts when the car is put in forward or reverse. You may have a broken motor mount.
Hope this helps... Good luck!

At a stop car jerks forward with brakes applied

Are the engine rpms climbing when its jerking forward? seems like it could be a Transmission torque converter problem.

Hesitation or jerking when proceeding forward

Remove the mass air flow sensor and clean it.You can get mass air flow sensor cleaner at most part stores. The sensor is on the air cleaner tube that goes into the throttle body.Hope this helps.Good luck.

1.car stalls out when you put it in gear, mainly reverse. 2.jerks and stalls when starting forward..A4..1.8T 2002 audi 1.8 turbo L4 FI 20V 112,000 miles

Sounds like your TCC (torque converter clutch) solenoid is causing improper lockup, causing the engine to stall. It works similar to putting your hand on a ceiling fan to stop the blades. I believe this is where you will find your problem.

Good Luck!

Santa Fe makes jerking motions

the air conditioning changes your idle speed when the compressor cycles on and in some vehicles will cause the problem you have.
it is the design and there is nothing you can do about it
