first what car are we talking about?
if you have black smoke, one of high preassure hoses is broken. that also explain late and poor turbo.

Something is probaly unplugged. Recheck speed sensors and main harness.

Hi,You will need to perform a fuel presure test.If you don't have a fuel presure tester you can rent one from your local Autozone parts store.You must be very careful when doing this and follow all safety precautions.Sounds like a bad fuel pump or fuel pump circuit. if you don't feel comfortable doing this,take it to a trustworthy repair shop.Thank You for using fixya.....iluv2fish...Ray

time to go to a tranny shop, but contact your local honda dealership first i believe there was a recall on those model trannys

could be a bit of muck in fuel tank try sludge remover by AMITECH

Take it to a auto-electric specialist, dont take it to a mechanic.
