Check engine-d4 light flashing,kicks hard going and srs light on

2001 Honda accord lw 4 cyl automatic
Took seats and center counsel out to shampoo carpet,afterward the srs light was lit, check engine light was on and the d4 light flashes about every second and when put into reverse it really slams hard. There were no wires or overdrive on the floor shift and nothing was disconnected except the seat belt wires, which I assume is the reason for the SRS light, however I do not understand the transmission problems all of a sudden?
