Code 193 means the fuel rail pressure sensor is telling the computer the fuel pressure is very high. The problem could be the sensor or the fuel pressure regulator.

Check engine light came on in 2003 Lincoln LS, 3.9 ltr. Pulled code of PO193. Changed gas filter, nothing. Changed all 8 spark plugs and still getting same code. Just finished changing all 8 fuel injectors...
