Question about 2005 Volvo S40
ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND INLET PIPE HAD BLOWN OFF - REMOVED INLET MANIFOLD TO FIND IT HAD SPLIT.
REPLACED INLET MANIFOLD BUT DIAG STILL SHOWING SAME FAULT.
DEALERS ADVISE FUEL REGENERATION?
COULD IT BE THE CAT BLOCKED?
If the cat was blocked you would have noticed a massive power loss and your speed would have been down to - 40kph
If that was the case then yes the cat has collapsed and needs replacing
