Location of . idle control valve in mazda6 3.0 2004 e 3.0

Do this procedure first before replacing the expensive IAC valve.

Here are the most common causes of idle surge, stalls at stops, slow idle speed, erratic idle speed, rough idle and engine hesitation (and other problems), it is in most cases the idle speed control air-bypass valve and or throttle valve and upper intake, these area's get full of gunk and combustion residue over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake

Squealing noise then tump when turning on heater 03 lincon navigator

Your AC compressor on the engine is the likely problem, either the pump is frozen up or the front bearing is frozen up, don't run the system or the belt will burn and fly off and strands you. Get this taken care of right away before winter. Have a local shop listen to the noise to confirm my guess as to the cause.

2003 Lincoln LS hot air while stopped cold while driving

Based on what you have said and my 30 years a Ford dealer tech I believe you have a slightly low AC system refrigerant charge due to a small leak at the AC compressor or the AC line connections. I would have a shop hook up a set of gauges to monitor the pressures at idle and see just how low it is. DO NOT ADD UNTIL YOU KNOW HOW MUCH IS NEEDED, YOU CAN LOCK UP THE COMPRESSOR.

Ac only cold when driving

For the AC to be cold only when driving, is usually one of two things. Either it is low on freon, or the AC clutch is worn out. the least expensive option is to buy a can of Refrigerant and put it in. (the guys at your local AutoZone Can assist with this) if the AC doesnt change behaviors, have the AC clutch replaced. Good luck and happy driving

I just hv a 300E Mercedes, manual transmission, live in Jakarta, Indonesia, I found a few things that i like to ask and share, i wud be appreciated your comment : a. temperarture stay at 80 degree celc,...

First, what year is the car? The temperature should ride around 80cel. The fan clutch may be in danger. These engines are not designed to take high heat and should never see 100C and can do damage to the head. Replace the fan clutch and then see if the engine still dies with the A/C on. It could be related and once it is running cooler it will act proper. Yes you can do a carbon clean but be very careful. Where does this engine idle (600 RPMs, 800)?

Missing a tensioner for the AC drive belt? Just

Yes there is a tensioner. You will need the adjuster and the mount and the long bolt. If you goto a junk yard to get one I suggest you go to a local bearing shop and replace the bearing in the wheel.
