A/c compressor not running

No visible leaks; could it be a fuse (underhood) or is there any type of fusable link?

Have the freon checked. The compressor clutch is switched on and off via the low-pressure switch. If the freon is low it won't come on. Yes there is a fuse for the a/c compressor clutch.

Why is there no power to underhood fuse box in 2001 saturn

Im assuming the car does start
If not and there is no power at the engine compartment power distribution box then the fuse link near the starter is vliwn power travels from the battery to the starter to the alternator to the power distribution box that is if your saturn is an sl2

My 97 jimmy has no power to fuses at block to 4/5/10/16/20/ and no fire at plugs. is this an ignition switch problem or ECM ?

Those fuses are supplied by the ignition switch in the "start" position.
Either the switch is bad or the fusable link "B" in the underhood fuse/relay center is blown.

Rear air shocks

In the underhood fues box or just disconnect the power to the compressor. You will have to live with a ride control warning light on though.

I need help with the underhood fuse and relay

Have you checked the fusable link wire near the starter? I think you will find it blown. If its not near the starter it will be near the under hood fuse block.
I hope this helps.

Air ride compresser not running

There are 3 fuses.
No. 6(5amp) in interior fuse panel is the ignition feed to module
no. 4 (15amp) in the underhood fuse panel feeds the coil side of the compressor/vent solenoid in the compressor.
no. 15(50amp) in the underhood fuse panel feeds the switch side of the compressor relay.
