Slight miss occurs at cold startup but only lasts 3 or seconds. Miss reoccurs intermittently when going 50-60 mph. Had the coils replaced recently and problem went away for about a month.

Factory plugs are not always the best tool for the application. In your case, you use the vehicle for something that would be deemed as heavier usage as per your question. What you need is to contact your local dealer or Auto parts store for platinum tip or double platinum tip plugs for a greater spark, o r you could replace with the recommended pluga and regap them for a greater spark...

You may have a faulty throttle position sensor. Before blaming this part, it would be good to replace your plug wires and check that you have good spark to each cylinder. You can remove one spark plug, put back into wire and lay on top of engine block. Have someone else turn motor over well you watch for a good spark. Do this for each cylinder and plug. It is good to replace the wires just as often as the plugs themselves. A faulty fuel injector or vacuum leak will also cause misfire.
