there's a button on the right side of the steering wheel that says serv push that button. It's put right there for when they use them as police cars you can cut the headlights off. You will probably notice that dash lights are on.

Start by setting your auto headlight switch to off if this solves it replace your headlight switch If your car is equipped with daytime running lights there could be a short bridging them with your auto head lights look for broken or frayed wires do this also if you have installed or had someone install an aftermarket stereo or speakers/sub woofer, amplifier. DRL RELAY IS UNDER THE HOOD IN ELECTRICAL CENTER.THE DRL RELAY OR BCM COULD BE THE PROBLEM.IF DRL RELAY DONT FIX IT.MAKE SURE BULBS IS GOOD.IF ALL IS GOOD.YOUR BCM CAN BE THE PROBLEM.

It sound like you have a grounding problem, does the headlight on the left seem dimmer than the right? Check the ground wires and the light sockets for corrosion.
