SOURCE: rebuilding 2002 jeep 4.0 need torque for the crank

Mains, 80, rods, 33...Don't forget to plasti-gauge bearings before final install. Make sure there isn't any lube on saddles or bearing backs before putting it together. Use pre-assembly lube on bearing faces and crank pins. Check that crank spins freely after each cap is torqued. If not find out why before continuing.

SOURCE: TORQUE SPECS. FOR '81 JEEP 258 C.I.D.

Check this web page and double check to make sure that I entered in all the correct information. *** http://www.torkspec.com/torkspecme.aspx?KI=69-4.2L-258ci-S6
You can find just about all of the torque specs that you should need here. Also you might want to order yourself a Chilton manual. They usually have all of the specs in the back of the book and throughout the different sections.

Need torque for ford wlt 2.5L turbo main bearings and conrod bearings

The torque specifications for the main bearings and connecting rod bearings in a Ford WL/WLT 2.5L Turbo engine may vary depending on the specific model year and engine configuration. However, as a general guideline, here are the torque specifications for the main bearings and connecting rod bearings in this engine:
Main bearings:
  1. Torque the main bearing cap bolts in three stages in the following sequence:Stage 1: 30 Nm (22 lb-ft)
    Stage 2: 80 Nm (59 lb-ft)
    Stage 3: 90 degrees
  2. After the final torque of 90 degrees, check the bolt stretch with a torque angle gauge. The stretch should be between 0.15mm and 0.30mm.
Connecting rod bearings:
  1. Torque the connecting rod cap bolts in two stages in the following sequence:Stage 1: 30 Nm (22 lb-ft)
    Stage 2: 90 degrees
  2. After the final torque of 90 degrees, check the bolt stretch with a torque angle gauge. The stretch should be between 0.15mm and 0.30mm.
It is important to note that these torque specifications are general guidelines and may vary based on the specific model year and engine configuration. Always refer to the manufacturer's service manual or consult a certified mechanic for the exact torque specifications for your specific vehicle

Nissan xtrail T31 MR20 conrod torque spec

The conrod torque specification for the MR20 engine in the Nissan X-Trail T31 is 27-31 Nm (20-23 lb-ft) for the connecting rod bolts.
It's important to follow the correct torque sequence and use a torque wrench to ensure the bolts are tightened to the correct specification. Always refer to the manufacturer's service manual or consult a qualified mechanic if you're not comfortable performing engine work yourself.

Need torque specification for rod and crank shaft bearings on 1996 Toyota Camry 2.2 L

Main bearing cap bolts are 58 Nm or 43 ft-lb. The sequence is like this

7 3 1 5 9

8 4 2 6 10

Con rod cap nuts are 24 Nm or 18 ft lb, then, an additional 1/4 turn.

These figures are with an oil film on the parts, not dry, and should be reached in three steps right round, not all at once.
