Why would my car have a flapping noise when I accerlate?

When I acceralate faster than 35 miles my car starts making a flapping noise. It sounds like there may be something like a bag stuck underneath. When I looked under the car there was no bag.

Check your tires. You may have a tire separating from the tread.
