I have hyundai santa fe and I am getting this error on the sound system - see image. Please advice. 
You should have a code you enter when u disconnect your Battery and for 20 seconds plus and re hook it. You can disconnect the negative, then it should ask you for a coffee or reset and bypass the code. The code is often in your glove box or manual in glove box.

try taking a pin and cleaning the holes on the squirters and if that does not work check the washer pump it is located on the washer fluid tank

If you live in the US, take it to qany Auto Zone store and thy will read the codes off for you, I would suspect any right thinking competitor would do the same, check if you don't have one near by.
