Could be a blown fuse in the circuit, some circuits have a relay (not most) bad switch that activates the pump ( on your selector - unlikely) or bad pump (most likely). I've seen lots of those little pumps burn out if they have been run dry a few times. I would also check for a disconnected rubber tube from the pump or reservoir or to the hood unit, or disconnected wiring. Check for voltage at the pump (or verify the pump is humming-running) while someone triggers the pump switch to eliminate electrical malfunction. (easiest way). If it is humming/running and nothing comes out of the top of pump with hose disconnected, replace pump.

- Mass air flow sensor harness is open or shorted
- Mass air flow sensor circuit poor electrical connection

Before replacing the mass air flow sensor, try replacing the air filter and cleaning the air flow sensor with low compress air or mass air flow sensor cleaner. Reset code and drive vehicle. If the code comes back, it may be necessary to replaced the mass air flow sensor.

YOU NEED TO REMOVE LOWER WINDSHIELD COWL COVER SCREWS AND COWL COVER BEFORE YOU CAN SEE WIPER MOTOR.

If the motor works but the windshield wiper arms do not move, then there is a problem with the mechanical linkage. You will have to un-bolt the wiper motor and pull it back to visually check to see if any linkage parts are broken, or if the linkage just needs to be re-attached to the wiper motor.
