How do I set the timing when replacing the timing belt on my 2006 Hyundai Tiburon 2.0

I would suggest you get a good mechanic to do this for you. Some versions of the Tiburon 2.0l have an over complicated setup with belts and chains and getting the set up wrong could be painfully expensive.

Tiburon timing belt broke, replaced, won't start

Did you make sure you set cam & crank timing ? If the belt is off one tooth it will cause this. Recheck belt timing first.

Change water pump on 2001 hyundai tiburon

It is a 2.0L (the delta blocks weren't in tibs until '03). You have to remove the timing belt tensioner, and then you can remove the bolts for the water pump. I would strongly recommend not only taking careful precaution not to disturb the orientation of the gears in this process, but also to replace the timing belt and water pump at the same time. You don't want to go through this process all over again do you?

Problem is with my hyudai coupe 2.0ltr 1998 modle timing settings

Sorry for the severe delay.
I am personally going back to answer your unanswered question.
I do not know if you still need the answer, but I am going to answer it in case you still do.

Click on the following direct Link. It has the Timing Belt Diagrams with Marks for the Camshaft and Crankshaft that you will need.

Diagram 97F11945 should have the "dots" on the Crankshaft and the adjacent (up and to the right) Pulley aligned.

Again my apologies...
