92 e350 fresh tuneup, once really warm-100+mi,

92 e350 fresh tuneup, once really warm-100+mi, engine looses all power, seems to go into shut down mode, pedal to the floor just enough to make it to the station. The following day starts and runs great. This has happened twice now.?? Some say defective ecm?

you may have a false contact on your Mass air flow sensor (MAF)
or a clog fuel filter.
