Question about 1994 Chevrolet Caprice Classic

Wipers not working, buzzing sound at relay, sluggish acceleration

The summary says it all. I own a 1993 Chev Caprice Classic. Car is in good overall condition. My wipers quit working. At the same time, a relay in the engine comp. buzzes when ign. sw. turned on. The two problems are somehow related. There was an aftermarket remote starter under the dash, which I promptly removed. Buzzing stopped, wipers worked. Put dash panel back on, problem started again!
Also, the car has very sluggish acceleration, especially when warm. Oxygen sensor? Temp. Sensor?

The relay probably belong to a bad installed alarm system. You will need to an electricist check if they exist and uninstall it for complete and reinstall it (only with both manuals at hand, car and alarm) Try to use a scanner for the another problem to not be an adivine and let us know if this do not solvent problem

Fuel pressure low, new pump, regulator, and filter

Check the cold cranking amps of your battery by taking it to any battery shop. You can have a full charge on your battery but if the current is lacking your motor will not turn over. If the CCA are good, check your starter relay for intermittent operation by swapping it out with another relay with the same current rating.

Have 95 chev caprice classic, engine running rough, replaced spark plugs and wires, it is getting good fire but the problem with rough running is worse. does this car have a distributor cap and rotor...

Not sure what engine you have in your car? If you have the V8 then I think you should have a cap and rotor. If so change them. The V6 may just have a coil pack. Just follow your wire from the plug and the other end either goes to a cap or a coil pack. Did you replace your fuel filer? If not then do so and if that doesn't help I would perform a fuel pressure test to make sure the fuel pump is working at the proper pressure.

96 Chev Caprice Classic Interior lights won't shut off.

door pins may be bad, you doors may also be sagging at the hinges causing a bad connection, your lights will dim when you brake because of a draw on the battery, but it sounds like your pin switches are bad
