Question about 1999 Jeep Cherokee
I have replaced the fule pump and the pressure regulator and it wtill will not start, i have fuelpressure i know this bcause fuel sqirts from the pressure valve when i press on it. the truck will start if i pour gas in the throttle but shuts off quickly after the fuel burns out
It may not be a fuel problem. Unhook the exhaust. The catalytic converter may be blocked. This will result in start, then stop right away problem. Do this first before you drive yourself crazy, as it did me on one occasion. Thinking it was an electrical problem.
