Have a wheel alignment done after checking out the front suspension. You may have what is called castor wobble for negative castor settings. Check wheel bearings for condition and adjustment.

You didn't say if you were looking for inner/outer or for one side or both so I'm going to give you inner and outer for both sides, because you should get them both done if you have one done. For the inner tie rod you should look to pay $200-350 and for the outer tie rods you should look to pay $175-275. Check out this website http://repairpal.com/. It is a great place to find out how much you should expect to pay for many common repairs. You will see a range and that is because it takes into account the small shops and the dealers.
