Question about 1994 Honda Accord
If you are saying the engine wont turn off ........
Get the ignition switch checked as they are a known problem.
You dont have to take the barrel out just the switch part which is at the end of the barrel , The bit where all the wires go. Remember to disconnect your battery before you remove it.
