I"M SO SICK OF THIS DANG TRUCK!!thank you i feel better now. my guy at the shop in dallas called his tranny guy and now everyone's convinced it's the transmission pump. something about a "pin shearing off.very common in electronic transmissions especially GM. just cut the engine and boom on restart no pump......." It just got driven around the back of the house to flush the radiator. that went fine , started right up put it in gear... NADA, Nothing it just sits and revs real good. pump huh?? in my ears i keep hearing "gee lady i hope you brought your wallet cuz this is gonna cost you.." this truck has been nothing but a money pit since i got it in January...pump module who knows .. by the way free online manuals and some wiring diagrams available at autozone.com but i'm still looking for answers
    thanks from texas

That box is the transmisson control module. Have you checked all your fuse yet? Make sure There is no bad connection on the harness. This is easier said than done. I would recomend using an schematic.

The only one I know is alldata, but it is not free. What you can do is buy the manual use it, don't get it all dirty, and then using clear plastic, you can seal it up again using a candle or a lighter. What you do is fold the end together and run it across the flame to seal it up. It looks like factory packing. LOL I have done it before, they accepted it thinking it never been opened.

Where is the fuel pump relay and fuse located on a '91 Buick Park Avenue? And is there a reset for the fuel system?

fuel pump relay: on relay center, behind glove box, 2nd column of relays, 2nd one from the top.
fuse: the wiring diagram says that it is fuse #6 on/by?? the relay center.
there should be a fuel pump test connector taped to the harness by/behind the battery. probably single red wire with a black or white connector. apply 12 volts to connector to test fuel pump.

Can find the 4 wheel control module on my 2002 ford F250 Super Duty. I do not have any power going to my switch and need to check pin 4 going to the module to see if power is going to...

Hello! The 4x4 module is behind the glove box...Just push the sides in and pop the rubber pegs...You are working on a common problem on all 4x4's...The lack of power to the switch is often caused by a disconnected plug on the shift motor (on the transfer case)...It's a two pin connector with wire colors Orange and Yellow...Also, the shift motor has a history of "frying"...

I need to disable my alarm on a 1997 bmw 528i.

Now im not sure since the manual says your model has the same alarm system as the 328i and on the 328i you can remove the module to disable by doing the following. you can unplug the control module. It is located under the glove box. Climb under the dash on the passenger side and remove a few screws on the trim panel under the glove box. Theres a black control module with a green connector. There should be a lock tab on the connector. press the lock tab and pull out the connector. The alarm should now be disabled. But if it has the special transponder key this may not work.
But if the only reason you want to disable it is because of the motion sensor setting of the alarm for no reason there is a solution for this. To disable the motion sensor, hit the lock button to arm, then hit lock button again within four seconds to disable motion sensor. Red light on rearview mirror should flash four times, then pause, then start flashing on regular intervals. this is most likely the reason if your having the issue where the alarm goes off every 20 minutes.
If you want to completely remove it below is a wiring diagram taken from the manual for you alarm system.
this is from the manual its the alarm wiring diagram.

Its a 1993 chevy blazer 4.3 l and its been for three years having problems right now its the spark it was running just fine and then it stops get it towed then sometimes it will start the next day and it...

Had a mitsubishi do that too. ECM was out of it. I think you can have the module tested, but if not, they aren't that much to try one, could still be it. They usually only give you problems when they get hot. As for your computer, it's behind the glove box. Take out the glove box, your computer is in a white plastic box with a bunch of wires running into it. When I looked into one at autozone for my 93 K1500 with the same engine, I think they were like 100 bucks.

Well on my 300m the heater and a/c dont turn off even if i press the off button

If you have the automatic controls you'll need to replace the blower power module behind the glove box.

1) Disconnect and isolate the battery negative
cable.
(2) Open the glove box.
(3) Flex both sides of the glove box bin inward near the top far enough for the rubber glove box stop bumpers to clear the sides of the glove box opening then roll the glove box downward.
(4) Reach through the glove box opening to access and disconnect the instrument panel wire harness connector for the power module from the module con-nector receptacle.
(5) Reach through the glove box opening to access and disconnect the blower motor pigtail wire connec-tor from the power module connector receptacle.
(6) Remove the two screws that secure the power module to the evaporator housing.
(7) Remove the power module from the evaporator
housing.
