Front wheel wobbles

A bent wheel, a lost wheelweight, loose lugnuts, front end misalignment or any of a dozen other serious problems. Take it to an alignment shop, NOW, before you do need a new tire.

I think I need to fix the front axle on my 1995 Lexus ES300. I clicks badly when I turn, and the wheel wobbles to the right while driving

Absloutely... figure out which one it is (usually the one with the torn or split boot) and replace it!!! Instructions can easily be found in even the most inexpensive manuals found at local parts stores!
Good luck
PS complete axles cost not much more than just joint ends! consider this... Big time saver!!!
