HVAC BLOWER STOPPED WORKING

The noise can mean several things. It could be a bearing noise or something worked its way into the ductwork and jammed the motor. Without this noise, Ford products had problems with the blower motor resistor and that would be another prime candidate for failure.
You can take the blower motor out and have it benchchecked for electric problems.

Heater switch works one speed 2006 f 150

This is likely due to a defective blower motor speed control resistor. The part is located near the blower motor.

My ac nor will my heat come on with my blower motor running i have a 2006 ford f150

Could be your 'blower resistor module', which is an electronic device that allows your fan to run with the a/c or heater. It is located up under your dash on the passengers side right next to where the blower vent comes out to the floor. It has a wiring harness going in to it with 5 wires in the harness. There are 4 5/16" bolts mounting it to the firewall. A new one should be readily available at your local parts store for about $30.

Where is the blower motor resistor located on my 2006 ford f-150

This is behind the glove box, you need to open the glove box, and press in on one side to drop the glove box door down.
Once the glove box is open, you will be looking right at the blower motor resistor.

I have a 2006 F-150. The blower motor runs on 3

most likeley this problem would be your fan resistor and the broken resistor wires would be the first and second wires. i couldnt tell you exactly where it would be in a ford but i can tell you its underneath the dashboard mounted to the outside of the heater core with the wires on the inside (to prevent you from burning yourself on it) it probably looks like this > http://info.rockauto.com/getimage/getimage.php?imagekey=1532568&imageurl=http%3A//info.rockauto.com/FourSeasons/20261.jpg

Hope this helps!

I have a 2006 f-150 that the fan control switch only works on the higher settings 3 and 4 what could it be

To show you where moparownr is talking about :

Passenger side, you will need to open the glove box, and press in the rubber stopper ( right side of top of glove box ) , to allow the glove box to fall down towards the floor.
In there, you will see the 2 screws holding the Blower motor resistor in the blower duct.
