2004 ford freestar front blower motor will not come on. Windshield wipers only work occasionally

Pull the control switch out of the dash and check the switch connector for burnt connectors terminals, it will be be discolored, if you do find the switch burnt replace the switch and buy a repair connector from Ford. If the connector is ok then replace the blower motor resistor near the blower motor, it can cause this problem as well, in fact do that first, the blower resistor module is only about $18.00 (Source the wipers are controlled through the BCM (body control module), it can be tested with a scan tool. Below is a picture of the blower resistor module.

Driver side blows hot air while passenger side blows cold air

You need to replace the driver side temperature blend door actuator , electric motor that controls the temp .The instrument panel may need to be pulled out to replace it . You may want to take it to a qualified repair shop . As far as the rear blower motor , the motor could be bad or the auxiliary blower relay module , or the blower motor relay could be the problem . Without knowing component position in the vehicle you have a difficult time tracking down these parts .
