Question about 2004 GMC Envoy
This just started a day or so ago...the air will blow out every where else but doesn't blow out of the dash vents. Is this something that can be fixed without a mechanic/dealer. what could be the problem?
If you are mechanically inclined..you can fix it..the A/C and heater air is directed to different places by the doors in the duct work..and these door are actuated by vacuum..and you might have a hole in a vac line or the vac line came off of a diaphram or a diaphram has went bad..the duct wor could have come apart or the heat/A/C module has went bad..but most of the dash will have to be taken apart to get to the duct work..i hope this will help..if not..write me back
