Look to the relay board under dash first, wash your relays with contact cleaner, push each ralay about 10 times to complete cleaning the contact, look if a solder is broken, if there's no break in solder point reinstall relay board

There are two fuses for the radio. One fuse circuit is hot all the time, that circuit is for radio memory and clock, where applicable. The other fuse circuit goes hot with key in acc or on, that fuse runs the radio. That is the fuse circuit you need to check, should not be hot with the key off. If it is hot with key off, either something wrong with ignition switch or that circuit is shorted to voltage, somewhere.
cuts out ? well, all FM radios cut out for.: 1: weak station. 2: stereo can not be held in properly( can be bypassed on most RAD , pick mono) 3: AGC drop out, same as #1
on better radios (RTM) you can defeat these default features. set the FM to mono channel mode, and now you hear all stations. also kill the AGC mode. this allows you to hear the station. and static or both. like a Marconi radio of days of old. modern radios are programmed to blank weak stations. tis a fact. im a tech and tuned these features, for 50 years.
ok the fix, 1: move closer to station 2: get a better antenna (vast choices) 3: go to station and turn the gain knob up and get arrested by FCC.
This is due to the fact that the solenoid relay is stuck and so the ac is not cutting off. You need to open the hood and check after starting the car. If the fan is cut , does the ac cut off, if not the relay or the solenoid of the compressor must be checked.
Obviously you have a short somehow power is bleading over to this circuit. You may be forced to do some hard debuging (i.e wiring diagram, test light isolate the problem on the circuit).
If I were taking a guess I would try the following:
1) Remove the fuse for the taillight
2) If the light goes out I would start looking at the dashboard light switch
3) If the light does not go out then I would start looking toward the rear end of the truck wires that are scouffed, trailer light connections ect.
Hope this gives you a start, needless to say a short can take forever to find.

is there check engine sign on ?
if so go to the right hand side of the dash and pull a lil blue plug from a dummy green socket only has two wires use a lil wire to complete circuit the check engine sigh will begin to flash a code one short flash is 1 and one long flash is 10 example long long long short short short is 33 if there is more than one code a new series of numbers will begin and start all over automatically most likely its you idle air control valve dealer only part dont buy used 99%of time there burned out good luck
sounds like you have a draw on the battery unhook your positive battery and put a test light between the battery post and the pattery lead if test light lights up you have a draw you will need to pull fuses one at a time until light goes out when light goes out see what that fuse powers and repair i just had a problem with a 99 regal and found the radio was drawing on the system found radio shorted internal
