Question about 1995 Chevrolet Blazer
I have a 1995 chevy blazer that wont start i turn the key and the dash lights come on the batt reads in the middle of 9 and 14 (its a new batt)i go to turn it and nothing it ran all weekend long but once i parked it at home it wouldn't start again... this happens all the time but i notice more so when it is parked on a hill both up and down it any ideas...i was told to check the starter cable but i cant find the starter....
Possibly starter or solenoid, which are both together on the starter. Possibly the positive battery cable can get so oxidized on the inside that replacing it is the fix or the connection of the positive cable on the starter can be oily, this would also give you problems. Worst case...You can buy a manual at Autozone and it will give pretty good troubleshooting tips. Let me know if you have questions.Good luck. Please rate this.

Check the battery termals to see if that are corrosion free and very tight, thats first thing, check the alternator make sure it is putting out, while running remove the pos. battery termal to see if it stays running, if it stops, the alternator is not putting out, hope this helps you, thanks robert b.
