Question about 1999 Oldsmobile Aurora
I just did mine today its under the egr valve bracket if you look between the block and the bracket you will see it down there take a 13mm deepwell socket with a swivel and a short exstension to get it

Behind the " gooseneck".follow the top rad hose and you will see a green wire attached to the fitting. this is for the gauge/idiot light. If you are looking for the fan control sensor. It is, I beleive, computer controled. If you are not seeing a warning light or bad readings on your gauges, I would suspect the cooling fan relay.
