The air conditioner wont stay on.

We have replaced the motor and switch and it still doesn't work. It is a 2001 jeep wrangler. It started with it would stay on for a long time then stop working and it would come on again after a while. Now it comes on for a few seconds and shuts off. Please help. Thanks

Do you mean the blower motor? Check resistors.

Replace the blower motor resistor. You can unplug the fan till you get one. Usually located behind the glove box.

The heater blower switch needs to be checked. The switch gets corroded internally and gets over heated and this many a times causes the fuses to blow for ac/heater.Also check the fuse block in which the fuse is inserted/.If the fuse block is dirty or rusted internally then this can also be the reason. Check out. Keep updated.Thanks.

Yes I would go with the switch, BUT, does it have a resistor bank? That is, how does it reduce the speed? Many systems use resistors to lower the speed. Burnt or bad connections can cause this as well.
You can test the blower motor by connecting direct power from a source like the cigarette lighter if you are handy.
Most of the time the lower speeds konk out but the high speed continues to work this is the resistor bank that goes out.

2001 jeep wrangler sport ,fog lights on, switch off

I have a simular problem. Only mine does not some on. I tried to replace the turn signal switch assembly with a used one. The replacement work ok on the fog lights but the rest was bad. As near as I can figure it, the switch assemble is not well made and had many ways to go bad. Either replace the whole assemble or wire in a bipass switch. I am going to go with a bipass switch. I don't trust the new jeep products.

A/C FAN NOT WORKING

I presume you are talking about the blower motor and not the cooling fan on the engine?

If you have checked the fuse then ensure there is power at the blower motor when switched on.
