Could be a bunch of things i advice u to start check the fuse

If the problem is not a fuse the lighting pannel might be burned out.

it's most likely the blower resistor, which is located under the hood on the passengers side in the evaporator case. if you have manual a/c heat control this is a cheap fix, if you have auto temp control it is a very expensive part [around 200.00] good luck

Here are pictures for 1990 Lincoln Town Car Relay/Fuse box under the hood....which may or may not help. It has 40 amps for the heater blower and nothing having to do with A/C in this box

go to any auto parts place and ask for a manual to ur car and that should help you a lot
