I would say module but havent a clue where it be ,never seen one of these cars before here in spain ,module could be inside distributor or under the coil or mounted somewhere else around the engine compartment

No spark to sprk plugs

Your distributor is basically a camshaft position sensor. You don't install it haphazardly just so the number 1 wire on the cap is where the rotor is in the distributor.

The engine has to be a TDC on the Compression Stroke when you install the distributor and the rotor has to be in a certain position. Read the attachment.

Igniter no spark

Try the Pick Up Coil, it's located inside distributor remove rotor and piece that holds rotor in place, it has a small wire coming out of it. If you don't want to deal with the hassle then just replace the distributor, try one from a junk yard see if it works. Good Luck.

I drove my 85 ltd crown vic to work fine. After a long day of work she wouldn't crank just turn over. I have changed the distributive module and cap and the rotor button. The timing was reset also

is it getting gass if u got spark to the plug's it should start.dump alittle gas down carb or throttle body making sure to replace air cleaner or snorkle and try and start.if starts could be fuel pump.

No spark wont turn over

Possible failure of either crankshaft or camshaft sensors. Have you run a scanner on your computer to see if it points to anything? Good luck!
