How do you know if your blower resistor is bad?

Unlikely a blower motor resistor problem. If the resistor is faulty. the fan speeds will not work/fail on the lower speeds. High speed will normally always work. If the fan is non operational suspect a fan motor issue.Bad fan motor/switch/wiring to it

Changed relay fan once worked. seems that it stop

Since you have already replaced everything, I'd begin looking at the connector plugs. Wires can corrode where the wire is attached to the backside of the pin. When that happens, you can't see it unless you take it apart. (sometimes you will get odd readings when testing the pin with a volt meter...intermittent or slightly lower voltage than expected)
The basics of the system are: the coolant sensor sends a signal to the computer which in turn sends a GROUND signal to the relay closing the electro-magnet circuit inside. That causes the contacts to close for the fan circuit, turning the fan on. In order to operate, there should be two hot leads at the relay....the one for the electro magnet and the one that powers the fan. The ground wire at the relay for the fan motor should be
always grounded. The one from the computer should be showing ground only when the computer switches the fan on.
You lost me when you said that "the fan works somewhat direct." It should not somewhat work with a direct connection, it should always work.

Electrical fans wont kick on, car will run hot if they dont kick in..Tried changing fuses still wont come on..

The fans have a seperate temperature sensor either in the radiator or the block. Follow the fan wires to locate this sensor and unplug the sensor and with the key on touch the wires together. If the sending unit is bad the fans will come on. If the sending unit works the fan motor is bad.

92 Dodge stealth radiator coolong fan does not turn on. Where is the heat sensor and how do you check to see if it is working?

Look for the obvious first. Blown Fuse, Burned Fan Relay.
To test, disconnect the Fan plug in, run 1 x Pos. and 1 x Neg. of 12 or 14 gauge wire from the Battery, directly to the Fan Motor, and it should energise.
The Sensor for the Fan is on the Engine. This is a 2 contact threaded switch, which is Normally open, and make circuit contact copletion when the cooling system heats up, energising the Fan Motor.
This Fan should also operate when the A/c is in operation also, independent of the Coolant side.
[eg] When setting off, from home on a Hot day, the A/c is on , long before the Engine heats up

Cooling fan on car doesn't work

check the ac switch if it is a factory duel fan set up, it will come on with the ac compressor or with a temp sensor. also check for voltage at the fan that does not come on with a volt meter... always check the source voltage, if needed to eliminate a bad fan motor run a separate power wire to the fan to see if fan motor is good.. please rate my help, thanks

I have a 1989 bmw m3 with an s14 engine, the electric fan does not work even with the ac on.What can it be?

With electric fans it’s almost always the fan motor. To check it run wires from the positive and negative battery posts directly to the fan motor connector. If it doesn’t run the fan motor is defective.
