You don't have 'bad' grounds, you have live power shorting to ground from a live wire.

It appears to be a known issue.

Why battery light pop up

Your alternator is about to go out so the red light comes on to indicate the battery is not getting a full charge usually.

What color is the maintanence light on a 93 honda

You should not have a maintenance light, as those appeared on the 1998 model Accords and up. My old 1996 Accord had an indicator in the gauge cluster which showed either green or red. To reset it, if you looked beside the indicator, you would see a slot to put your key in to reset the indicator.

might be an indication of bad ground or of a bad alternator pep boys usually checks alternators for free

Head light

I believe it is counterclockwise. If you get a flashlight, I think there are arrows on the ring indicating which way to turn to lock and unlock.

No, this is actually just a 7500 mile indicator. Every 7500 miles this gets triggererd to let you know that you should have the car "serviced". You should see a key hole to the left of the light... if you insert your key, it should reset it to green.
