Please check the following:
- Clutch cylinder upper, for manual transmission only. (Try to find the brake oil leakage of upper clutch cylinder from the inside of car, exactly in front of clutch pedal, where the push rod enters into the clutch cylinder).
- Power steering seal, upper.
- Speed meter cable seal at transmission side. (With mechanical wire system only)

Where EXACTLY is fuse box beneath the dash of the 1998 Toyota Corolla? Likely a fuse problem because the windows and locks suddenly don't work. DO YOU KNOW WHERE THESE FUSES ARE?

One of the Fuse boxes is located behind the storage unit on the drivers left hand side. Your able to open it and pull up on it to pop it out. Don't worry about it popping, thats how it comes out. The fuse box is right there. If the fuses that your looking for are not there then they are in the boxes placed under the hood, very clearly marked. I believe there may be a fuse box behind the glove box but i'm not a 100% sure because I didn't look there. Good Luck!

The bar you push outside to allow the hood to finish opening the hood is broken. how can i pop the hood to repair the problem? i still have the rood you push but it is dageling ,and i can't see well enough...

You should be able to reach in between the hood and the grill and move the catch by hand. If your hand won't squeeze in use a coat hanger to pull it or a big screwdriver to push it. You will have to lower the hood a little because of the shape of the catch but you should be able to get it this way. You may have to feel around for it's exact location or use a flashlight to light it up while you look to see where the catch is. Hope this helps.

1996 toyota corolla car trunk won't open with key or lever. I turned it to the left first, then turned it to the right and it open. After that, It won't open anymore, and the lever inside doesn't pop...

You have a very common problem. There is a lot of dirt and corrosion in your keyway on the trunk lock. The best help I can offer you is to lube it VERY liberally with WD-40, and slide the key in and out whilst spraying and wiping off the dirt. This may help you out.

99 toyota corrolla hood latch is broken. Can't

There is a rachet right below the hood that you can reach from radiator grill.
Take a long thin screw driver, reach it and turn that rachet.
You will hear the "click" sound and the hood will pop open.

Toyota Corolla Hood is stuck

If it has been awhile since you have been under the hood, the cable may be rustd and not moving to open the latch. The latch iself may be stuck and you can try lightly tapping either side of the hood to pop it loose.

1996 toyota corolla side marker light removal to install new one

Open the hood. Observe the "tab" on the driver side inner fender, above the corner of the headlamp, outer edge. Remove the screw. Pull the lamp assembly straight forward, towards you. If it has never been out, the lamp will be tight. There are 2 locking pins inside the fender that need to be defeated, you just have to grasp the back side of the lamp (closest to the driver door) and pull it straight towards the front of the car, NOT sideways.
