Question about 2000 BMW 3 Series
Hi I have a 2000model BMW 320i. I have just had major service including spark plugs and coil packs. Car starts rough with engine shaking on idle when cold..car runs terrable until i restart it and then runs perfect. If i start it and put it into drive immediately and take off problem disapperas within minutes and then runs perfect. Oil warning light is also coming on after 3 seconds of turning on the motor then goes off again after 10-15 seconds and doesnt come on again until i restart the car. the oil light is consistant at every start up but lumpy idle is usually first start of the day or when the engine is cold on a damp day. any ideas??

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities.
It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then
it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure
or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty
ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.
