Usually that fast blink is a good warning that one of the signals is out. Double checked that bulb is same # and all that ? What number is on the bulb? if it's 2057 or 3057, try pulling wires on side of bulb with fingernail, outward to make better contact, to see if that helps.

I have had the same problem. I spent $2.95 at O"Reilly's to buy a tail light bulb and replaced it myself. The problem overall i have heard overall deals with the intrument cluster which is not necessarily an inexpensive repair.

Hello. The symptoms you are describing are likely due to a poor ground. Temporarily install a new ground wire by securing a piece of copper wire to the frame with a self tapping screw. Use this ground wire along with the hot wire to see if each of these lights works. If it does, trace the ground wire back to the frame, unscrew it and clean up the metal with emery cloth so you reestablish a good ground.
