Question about 1999 GMC Suburban
My 2000 Yukon A/C fan only works on the higher settings. Level 1 went out months ago, now level two isn't working. I get air pushed out at level 3. Is it the switch or motor?
I really think the Blower resistor is at fault.
It is located on the Passenger side, directly next to the blower motor.
It has a 7 or 8 wire connector from controller, and then the 2 wires coming out for the motor.
They are VERY common problem.
2 small screws holding it in.
Part SHOULD cost in the $40-$50 range Depending on which Auto parts store you go to, Auto Zone will have this part and can give you the step by step instruction to get the job done.
Hope this helps.
