Question about 1998 Acura TL
Generally this signifies a faulty solenoid on the transmission. However, it could be worse, depending on the time it's been happening.
Best to have a mechanic put it on a code reader and tell you exactly what the problem is, so a $100 problem doesn't become a $3000 problem.
