I having a envoy what i chages brakes pads couple times in a couple months ago started do it noises bad again
First, don't change brake pads just because they are making noise. Check pad thickness before changing them.
Often brake noise can be caused by a little dust, or because the pads were not installed using "disk brake quiet" compound; it's an adhesive that keeps the brake pads from vibrating when the calipers press them against the rotor. Put a thin coat on the BACK of the disk brake pads as you are assembling them. Some disk brakes also have a thin piece of metal between the pad and the caliper as an effort to minimize brake noise.
Good Luck.
When you step on the brakes, the pads vibrate. It may be you didn't put the little gaskets, or anti-squall stuff on the BACK of the pads.
If your "kit" didn't include it, get some copper lube and apply to the back of the pads.
I know, means you have to pull the pads but it's either that or live with the noise.
Have fun:

Ok, it could be a few things, 1. bad break caliper. 2. if you have ceramic breaks, it could be a cracked brake pad, and if they are not ceramic they can still be cracked. 3. if you drive a lot then it could be that you need new breaks again.. 4. also have your back breaks checked along with the front ones..

The rear brakes should last from 30000 to 60000 miles or 50000 to 100000 kms. So something is wearing out your brakes too fast. Are you doing the work or some shop. I also assume you have discs and not drums since you mention pads and calipers. I am not certain but usually you need a tool to turn the pistion in when putting in new pads. I would make sure the pads are releasing properly by raising rear of car, stepping on brakes a few times (with engine off and try see if wheels are free by spinning by hand, also try to use handbrake a few times and release it and see if wheels spin freely. Maybe rears always applied. Notice burning smell, are discs glazed from heat? Are you using really cheap pads. Also check the proportioning valve which will decrease pressure to rear brakes during hard braking. Do you notice rear wheels squeling during hard braking. Do you have antilock brake system? Also are you using good quality pads and rotors.

Hi there,
when the noise is heard, try putting very slight pressure on the brake pedal and see if the noise goes away. If this is the case then definitely the brakes have to be removed and checked again. But if the noise is still present then it's something else doing that noise ans further investigations needs to be carried oput.
Cheers
SOURCE: removal of front brake pads
The noise you hear is normal when it's time to change the pads. After you've purchased your brake pads (usually $20-30 depending on where you go, quality, etc), take your front tire off and take the 2 bolts out that hold your brake caliper on. You should be able to lift the calipers upward above the rotors and remove the old pads (they just snap in). Be careful not to put too much stress on the line connected to the calipers as these lines are full of brake fluid. Breaking or cracking this line is not good. Just hold them in one hand as you change the pads. When you put the whole thing back on the rotor, you'll need to compress the pads, otherwise they won't fit. I usually use a long screwdriver and pry the pads back. This will ensure you will be able to match the holes up for your two bolts to go back in. Repeat on the other front wheel. Hope this helps.
