bmw 318i e46 2002 car will run good then just shut down give it 10mins and it will start again then it could go for 200m then stop again on dionostic it shows low volt fault , volts varey on computer alternator shows 14.10 volts at jump start point and 13.98 at battrey

Crank sensor is your likely problem...I had the same problem with my 2003 e46
