'89 BMW 535i Security Sytem Pro...

I have a 1989 BMW 535i. I just put a rebuilt engine in it as the old one was siezed up from the previous owners of the car. I got everything installed again everything plugged in I've checked over and over again and have even had my neighbors see if they could see anything obvious that was wrong but everything looks right...here's the problem...it won't start. There is no spark, and the fuel pump is fine I tested it but when the ignition is turned over the pump won't pump fuel to the engine AT ALL.(I also put a new fuel filter in too) I bought a new fuel pump relay. It works and I tested it and the pump by putting a wire to plugs 87 and 30 and the fuel pump kicked on strong just like it should. But again when trying to start the car it's like the security system won't let anything run. I also don't have power to the fuel pump FUSE (15amp). I tried resetting it by closing the door and locking it then unlocking it, then getting in the car and trying to start it...still it just turns over. I have come to the conclusion that it has something to do with the factory security system. Does anyone know what I can do???
