fill all tires to correct pressure the tpi will reset automatically --if you have dash instead of a pressure number that tpi valve has failed and will need replacing
Have you checked fuel pressure ? Have you replaced the fuel filter when you replaced the pump ? These things and more would need to be checked if you haven't already done so. And what is the year and model ?
