The P0141 code points to the O2 sensor heater circuit. It could be that there is a short in the wiring to the O2 sensor or it could be that the O2 sensor heating element itself is bad. The code is for O2 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2. Bank 1 means its the O2 sensor connected to the exhaust pipe that runs to cylinder #1. Sensor 2 means that it is likely the O2 sensor after the catalytic converter on the same exhaust pipe.

stop by an autozone and let them check it for you , they will scan it , and tell you what code(s) you have and the meaning , since you say its the day after a fill up it sounds like an evap leak , the car will run self diagnostic tests on itself and the evap tests would have criteria to meet before taking the test , one would be how much gas in the tank to take the test , then it won't run self test again till criteria is met again .

I've got a '99 Oddy with the same symptom of gas odor inside and outside of the vehicle. Gas cap was secure and the level of fuel made no difference, so by process of elimination, I checked and followed the fuel lines and made sure there were no cracks that I physically could put an eye and hand on and eventually ended up at the fuel injectors and fuel rail. From there, all you need to do is remove the plastic cover plate from the intake plenum and the injectors will be exposed as well as the fuel rail. Turn the car on and wrap some paper towel over your hand like a mitten and run it over the suspected areas. You'll either find your leak there or the fuel filter located under the rear sliding doors.

You would need to pull out the camshaft sensor. Check its resitance with an ohmeter.
