I had the same issue these lights would flicker while driving. I had a factory battery from 2002 and I decided to change it. because I was having trouble starting the vehicle and the trickle charge was giving different readings for percent complete. after changing the batter the vehicle started and ran fin but these 3 indicators would flicker. I went through every fuse with the radio and the security fuse pulled and one by one pulled them off and struck the positive terminal to see if it sparked. I finaly noticed the fog light had significant amount of water in it. an hour before I had driven down the highway in the rain. I pulled the fog light off and disconnected it then I started the vehicle. all the 3 lights came on solid, I reved the engine and they went off then flickered then stopped. I drove the vehicle 15 on the highway again and it has not happend. I will drive it again tomorrow and see if it remains. I think the main point is there is a short somewhere and I am hoping it was the fog light....
.I spent a lot of time and head scratching over the exact same problem ...YOU NEED A NEW REGULATOR (it is in the alternator).repair options are ;replace voltage regulator only , rebuild complete alternator , replace alternator with a rebuilt one , or replace alternator with a new one
The clue was getting diff. readings on your volt meter ....mine would spike up to 18 volts but you have to put your volt meter on and get yourself a cup of coffee (or a beer) and stare at your meter for atleast 15 minuits after the engine is heated up ....
