Oil in air breather, new PVC , spark plugs show no signs of oil burning. Extreme blow by

do a compression test the motor may be worn out. you don`t say what type of car/year/engine. for example on ford 5litres under the PCV valve there is a wire de-fuser like steel wool its small and fits in the hole below the valve. if it gets plugged up or is missing can cause this to happen. if its plugged of very dirty clean it with carb cleaner, if its missing the only place to get one is the dealership. if its not available you can try using steel wool bunched up but not too much or go to a wrecking yard to find one.

Maintenance manual

When you see "optimizing performance", the machine is going through a cool down cycle and will return to ready after the machine's internal temperature reaches an acceptable amount (usually appears after a large amount of copying). Sometimes I have seen it take as long as 5-10 minutes for the message to clear but if you turn it off before it finishes it's cool down cycle, most of the time the machine immediately shows the message again on display. As mentioned, make sure your filters are clean. I'd also check to ensure your exhaust fans are operational (especially those near fuser area), fuser thermistors clean and in proper position, and ensure machine has proper clearance around the cabinet so it can breath properly.

Try removing the harness connector to the motor, and see if it still blows the fuse, then you've isolated the problem.
