This could be caused by a couple of things. Defective plug wires, coil packs cause this as does the Ignition control module. Also being overful on oil will also cause a multiple misfire on your particular vehicle and others. Hope I narrowed it down some for you.

I have a 2003 yukon Problem with the GMC Yukon XL

What size engine ? 4.3 L vortex P0300 random misfire code is usually associated with vacuum leaks , but could also be low fuel pressure , plugged fuel filter , fuel pump problem , clogged injectors etc... doing fuel pressure an flow testing would confirm or eliminate that as a problem . Fuel injector balance testing would confirm or eliminate clogged injectors .

Misfire in 97 voyager,P0300 and P0304,HELP! Need 2 get inspection

I'd have fuel pressure checked, and at the very least, replace fuel filter. Not unusual to get multiple misfire codes due to low fuel pressure, thus starving cylinder(s), and causing the misfire code(s).

P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected This is sometimes a symptom to a clogged fuel filter or fuel line. When was the last time the fuel filter was changed? There are a lot of problems that can lead to a random cylinder misfire. lack of fuel, lack of spark, lack of compression. Check all three of these. Please let me know if this answers your quesion and please rate my response for me. Thank you

Multiple cylinder misfire detected

Thank you for all the information. I don't see how you made it worse unless the injectors were not installed correctly. If you remove them you are suppose to replace the o-ring on each of them and oil them (the o-rings) before installing them. I would check the air filter and the CAT (for excessive back pressure. Also check the rest of the exhaust for damage. If a pipe is kinked or flattened it would need repair. Also GM's are known for some issues with there e-vap systems. You may want to check it out. The gas cap, charcoal canister, vacuum lines. Well good luck.
