You need to figure out if it is a bad switch, wire, supply voltage, or motor. Then replace the bad part.

2006 pt cruiser no heat inside vehicle

Check your coolant level first and then check your radiator pressure cap. If not one of these it is likely a sensor/valve in the system controller and you will likely need to go to a reapir shop for help.

2005 pt cruiser ac is full of freon but will not blow cold air

Are all the pressures correct, 28-32 PSI on the low side pressure port? check it. If they are you may need a blend door replaced, this requires the dash be removed form the car completely.

I cannot locate the lowside service port for a 2006 pt cruiser

The low side will be the "larger" hose. If running and if there's enough freon in the system...the low side will be cool to cold. (just a precaution to ensure we're looking at the low side.)

Ive seen ports mounted directly on the compressor...on some models.

But look near the washer fluid reservoir.

sounds to me like you got it overcharged. Get that suction pressure down around 25-30 psi.

Air Conditioning in my PT Cruiser stopped working...

probably low on...no, not coolant! The AC system is separate from the coolant system. The AC needs to be recharged with
R134A, a special refrigerant used only for air conditioning, much like the old Freon or R12 it replaced. R12 was bad for ozone depletion, so about 20 years ago the federal government mandated a change to R134A.
Just go to a shop and tell the service people you may need the AC system recharged.
